Yawning

I was driving home from work on Sunday morning,
and up ahead speeding towards me was an Ambulance with its lights and siren blaring.
All of us early Sunday drivers quickly pulled over and stopped to let the Speeding ambulance rush by, with its colorful lights flashing wildly, and its siren wailing abrasively, and the sense of panic/urgency that all of this insinuates.
As the Ambulance passed by me, I absentmindedly caught a brief view of the ambulance driver.

for whatever reason, maybe because I was overtired from a night at work, I found it hilarious and ironic that in amongst the chaos, noise and urgency, the driver himself was completely occupied by a huge open faced yawwwwnn. (one of those ones that last forever seemingly and have your mouth stuck open, like a still frame of a T-Rex going in for the kill)

I guess I was overtired, but at the time, it confirmed once again my view that we are funny creatures, and humor as important as it is, can be found easily.

I dunno.
